Chow Chow Club of Canada, Inc. members:

As you are aware, it is necessary for the Club to hold its nominations and elections for its Board of Directors every two years. This is the year for this to occur for the period of 2026 and 2027 (two year term). In accordance with the Club’s Policies and Procedures (2023), the Nominating Committee was chaired by Lori Meadows.

Please find attached a listing of the nominees for the Board of Directors from the Nominating Committee, as well as detailed instructions outlining how additional nominations may be made. Please read this document fully and carefully. Additional nominations must be made on or before October 31, 2025 as outlined. A general update will be provided to the membership following the closing of nominations.
